Dr Camille Koppen (Founder) spent 2 years working with HSBC Global Business Banking to enable the 4500+ strong team across 21 markets to deliver the international proposition.
Out of all the initiatives, the greatest impact and value came from connecting the community – creating trust, camaraderie, and understanding between the teams.
It took effort, focus, and a lot of experimentation and learning - and the outcomes were incredibly worthwhile. Conecting the community created more opportunities, better collaboration and new friendships – which happily also translated into significant revenue growth.

Amazing Careers was a 9-month global leadership development programme I designed and delivered at HSBC for 250+ participants across 18 markets which achieved a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 77.
On an individual level, people experienced personal growth, made valuable connections to their network, felt more fulfilled in their career and this improved their well-being. For the business, this played a significant role in creating a cohesive global community – and generated more international opportunities and collaboration.
