Dr Camille Koppen, Founder
Hello!
I am passionate about helping leaders and businesses to inspire, connect, and equip their people to thrive in their careers. I have created real, tangible impact for 1000+ people across 20+ countries, and have trained university students and aspiring leaders to Managing Directors at HSBC and Oxford University Professors.
Before founding Brightwings, I spent over a decade as a Management Consultant at Accenture, Barclays and HSBC, where I specialised in human-centric change programmes, influencing mindsets, culture and skills, and creating cohesive communities across large global teams. Prior to that, I completed my BA (Hons, first-class) and DPhil in Experimental Psychology at the University of Oxford, published 6 academic papers, and gave tutorials to undergraduates.
In my trainings, I combine my corporate experience with my expertise in psychology, love of drama, public speaking and creativity, and my insatiable curiosity in how we interact and best use our minds.

Amazing Careers
I led a 9-month global leadership development programme at HSBC (Amazing Careers) for 250+ participants across 18 markets which achieved a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 77.
On an individual level, people experienced personal growth, made valuable connections to their network, felt more fulfilled in their career and this improved their well-being. For the business, this played a significant role in creating a cohesive global community – and generated more international opportunities and collaboration.
This was a transformative experience and really demonstrated to me the connection between individual growth and organisational success.

The first incarnation of Brightwings
We piloted our programme on university students in the summer of 2018. Our alumni have gone onto get jobs in amazing institutions such as McKinsey, BCG, Deloitte, Norton Rose, Google, and the Singapore Ministry of Education – and what’s more, to thrive there.
It is incredibly fulfilling to see the long-lasting positive impact we have had on people’s development and career trajectories.
