The story of this programme
In the first incarnation of Brightwings, we piloted our programme on university students in 2018. Since then, our alumni have gone onto get jobs and thrive in companies like McKinsey, BCG, Deloitte, Norton Rose, and Google.

The programme structure optimises growth

Pods: A series of self-organised peer group engagements post-training to support embedding the learnings
Line manager support: Kick-off session to equip line managers and handouts to support regular 1:1 conversations

Cohort sizes: Our unique methodology creates energising and deep engagement across even large cohort sizes
Mode: The training works best in-person, but 100% Zoom is possible.
Duration and spread: This works best as a multi-day training. But it is possible to spread training days over a period of time.
